Kenyan citizens are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a period of stay of thirty (30) days or less provided that you meet all of the requirements below: - If you are traveling to the Philippines for business or tourism; and - You hold valid tickets for your return to port of origin or next port of destination; - Your passport is valid at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay; and - You are not subject of deportation/blacklist order of the Department and the Bureau of Immigration. Those who opted to apply for a PH temporary visitor's visa must follow the step-by-step online visa application procedures at https://www.visa.gov.ph/. *Ensure that names provided matches the passport and the photo to be attached* was taken recently, in front view directly facing the camera with a neutral expression, eyes are clearly visible with no eyeglasses, head is centered, background is plain and white or off-white and free from shadows, and no sleeveless attire. Once done, *submit by email first to **newyorkpcg.visa@dfa.gov.ph* <newyorkpcg.visa@dfa.gov.ph> *for pre-evaluation*, copies of the following: a. Confirmation email that application done online is successful; b. Duly signed and notarized confirmed/pre-approved visa form with application reference number (ARN); c. Electronic or machine-readable passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond authorized period of stay in the Philippines; d. Proof of lawful permanent residency status in the US (for non-US citizens); e. Proof of financial capability, e.g. latest bank statement, income tax return, pay stub, employment certificate from the employer indicating position and salary; f. Round trip flight itinerary to the country of origin or next country of destination.*DO NOT PURCHASE AIRLINE TICKET UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PHILIPPINE VISA HAS BEEN APPROVED*. Applicants may submit a flight itinerary temporarily created by booking a reservation with an airline; and g. Proof of full vaccination. If the documentary requirements are COMPLETE and IN ORDER, the Consulate will endorse the application to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Manila, to seek visa issuance authority. You will receive instructions by email on when to send the original of the above-mentioned documents by courier/mail or in person. *All applications are SUBJECT to the approval of the DFA*. You will be informed of the status of your application accordingly. As for the payment, prepare $30.00 for a single entry valid for a three (3) months visa. Processing takes 7-14 working days. For expedite processing, the fee is $40.00, takes 3-5 working days upon receipt of the original complete documents and payment. *THE CONSULATE WILL NOT*: – Expedite the visa processing to accommodate the visa applicant’s flight schedule; normal processing takes 7 or 14 business days upon receipt of the complete documentary requirements and payment. – Refund the visa application fee if the visa is issued later than your flight departure date or if the visa application is denied or cancelled. Note that the visa issued is *not a guarantee* that the holder will be automatically admitted to the country. Follow the step-by-step procedures on accomplishing the online form at https://www.visa.gov.ph/. *Ensure that names provided matches the passport and the photo to be attached** was taken recently, in front view, with white/clear background, and no eyeglasses or sleeveless attire*. 2. Once done, *submit by email first for pre-evaluation*, copies of the following: a. Confirmation email from the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Manila; b. Pre-approved visa form with application reference number (ARN), *form must be notarized*; c. Electronic or machine-readable passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond authorized period of stay in the Philippines. d. The clearing agency will submit the results directly to the DFA-Office of Consular Affairs (OCA). *THE CONSULATE WILL NOT*: – Expedite the visa processing to accommodate the visa applicant’s flight schedule; normal processing takes 7 or 14 business days upon receipt of the complete documentary requirements, clearance, authority and payment. – Refund the visa application fee if the visa is issued later than your flight departure date or if the visa application is denied or cancelled.
