More About Covid in France

Do you need a Test/Medical Certificate?

Proof of a negative PCR or antigen test, taken within the previous 48 hours, must be provided before boarding.

Do you need to be vaccinated?

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are allowed to enter without an essential reason and are exempt from quarantine requirements. Exemptions also apply to travelers who have received a vaccine booster after a one-dose vaccine. Vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) are accepted. Further information on accepted vaccines can be found at https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/coming-to-france/coronavirus-advice-for-foreign-nationals-in-france

Do you need to wear a mask?

Face masks are required on public transport and in indoor public places where a health pass is not required.

What additional documentation is needed?

A completed 'statement' form, an 'eOS passenger' form, and an 'EU digital passenger locator' form must be completed before departure by all travelers. Essential travelers must also complete a 'travel certificate' justifying pressing grounds to travel. Those traveling to Corsica must complete an additional 'sworn statement'.
