More About Covid in Singapore

Do you need a Test/Medical Certificate?

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 48 hours, must be provided on departure.

Do you need to be vaccinated?

Travelers are required to present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure. Only vaccination certificates issued in specific countries are accepted. Additionally, travelers must have spent the previous 14 days in these countries, prior to traveling to Singapore. The list of countries and certificates accepted can be found at https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/vtl/requirements-and-process All vaccinated travelers must apply for the 'Vaccinated Travel Pass' (VTP) between 7 to 60 days before travel, however, this service may be limited due to a high volume of applicants. Applications can be made at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/STO/VTL Vaccinated travelers are required to take designated Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights to enter Singapore. The sale of Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flight tickets has been suspended until January 20. Further information on designated VTL flights can be found at https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/vtl/requirements-and-process Vaccine requirements do not apply to returning nationals and residents, who can enter without being fully vaccinated but will be required to self-isolate for 7 days. An additional PCR test will be administered on day 7 of the quarantine period.

Do you need to wear a mask?

Face masks are required in all public spaces and enclosed environments.

What additional documentation is needed?

Travelers must complete an 'SG Arrival Card' within 72 hours prior to arrival. This includes submitting health, travel history, and accommodation declarations. A 'Visit Pass' (e-pass) will then be sent via email, indicating the period of stay and the last day allowed. Short-term visitors are required to present proof of COVID-19 travel insurance with minimal coverage of $30,000 SGD. Additionally, the 'TraceTogether' app must be downloaded onto a mobile device.
