Super easy and efficient , highly recommend. Just mention your visa type when you arrive at the queue so they send you to the right counter as not all counters process the e-visa.
Great app but customer service needs more attention
I m in travel industry and have used Atlys considerable times for my visa . Any visa which I believe needs just passport image or photo , in those cases Atlys is brilliant (5 stars) . But for visas like Schengen or similar they need to work better. The biggest issue is , each time you talk to someone in support , the latter has no clue about what was discussed earlier . They have brilliant app and great pricing . They need to work and overhaul the customer support section .
Excellent support after visa rejection
I had a bit of a rocky start with Atlys when my visa application was unfortunately rejected, and due to a policy misunderstanding or glitch, my refund wasn't processed initially. However, Bhavya from the Atlys team reached out to me directly and did a superb job. She took complete ownership of my case, handled everything with professionalism, and made sure that my money was fully refunded. While the visa rejection was disappointing, the customer service provided by Bhavya was top-notch. Thanks
Promised quick visa but delayed
Horrible experience. we were promised a visa within 3-4 days. But after submission of documents, it said we are too early, and the status didn't move even 25 days before our travel. Editing the rating as we have been promised better service from next time.
Visa arrived early, seamless process
Excellent technology and interface. the visa arrived much before the committed time...very seamless experience..kept getting updates on the app regarding progress of my application
