I had an issue with Hong Kong PAR with Make my trip app, I contacted atlys emergency contact number for urgent visa 1800-10-ATLYS. Miss simram from front office I think, she was extremely patient and guided me to the back end team , from there onwards Miss Ritu Sinha , went beyond her way to help me with my PAR that was struck, and guided me through the whole process and updated me after the visa arrival.
