You must schedule an appointment or interview at the Vietnam Embassy when applying for a paper visa. If you apply for an e-visa, you don't have to schedule an appointment. However, you should remember that some e-visa applications still require you to schedule an interview or appointment.

  • Lost passport affidavit: If you lose your passport, you must lodge an FIR complaint at the Police Station
  • Circulate a new passport: The VN Embassy issues a temporary passport in case you lose your passport
