Applied for an Australia visitor visa for my spouse. Atlys team guided us at every stage of the process, reviewed documents carefully and submitted the application. I have applied by UK visa via Atlys
I have applied by UK visa via Atlys. It was very thorough of the documentation process and get into the depth of each information to make the case stronger. However, after I submitted the documents from my end and they were under the concierge’s review, that’s when the hiccups started with them not reviewing my documents at all within the committed 8 day period and when I followed up on the last day of that period, I was again asked of information which I had already submitted that too not all at one, but one by one. It got so bad that I actually wanted to cancel my application and raise for a refund. I spoke to multiple people from atlys during this time but most of them just asked for the same information again, unless luckily, I got in touch with Mr Sujal, who not only assured that he will get this resolved by next day EOD, but he actually made sure that I was getting super prompt reverts, my draft was shared with me in time and I by the promised timelines, I had my appointment in hand. He lived upto his words which is very crucial in the service industry. So these 4 stars are just for him for turning this around.

Easy interface
Easy to use interface but don’t be over dependent on their status updates for a few countries which take longer to process the visa than Atlys’s stipulated time frame.
Smooth visa process, poor customer service
Update: Atlys team has sincerely worked on their app and process. I get my visas only through Atlys now. Much recommend Thumbs up 👍 --- while my visa process was smooth, was getting timely updates and was on time. the app is having glitch and additionally customer service is horrible as the ladies dont understand the issue.
Good for Tanzania; UK upload issues
So far experience has been good for Tanzania Visa and help support provided. For UK Visa, facing some issues with uploading of documents and getting help support. I feel app interface should be further improved for a more smoother experience. The Help Support team should be more quicker to update and responsive.
