The Atlys Visa Process - Smooth with minor improvements needed.

The Atlys Visa Process was quite smooth. Whilst I was unlucky in obtaining my visa, the support extended by Atlys was good nonetheless. While there could be a more useful chat option, the email interaction was quite swift and prompt. While I suggest that the wording on the refund policy on their website be clearly etched out, overall it was a relatively smooth experience. Specifically would like to thanks Ashu Sehgal for responding to all my queries patiently and diligently. Would recommend.

I applied for and got my visa approved

I applied for and got my visa approved, but right away I spotted a big issue my passport number was incorrect on the document. I felt so stressed and worried this mistake would mess up all my travel plans. I called the office right away and spoke to a wonderful staff member named Himanshi, and she helped me more than I can say. She carefully tracked my entire profile, found exactly where the error happened, and corrected everything properly. She even stayed in touch and helped me for two days in a row until it was fully sorted. I feel so blessed to have had Himanshi’s support. I truly appreciate all she did, and even with the initial stress, my overall experience with their service ended up being really good. Again thank you so much (Himanshi)

I got my multiple entry visa for South Africa within 4 days it was nice experiance with Atlys.Thanks Kadambani,and Priyanka for the best services.will prefer the Atlys for my next trip to Singapore..

Atlys has made international trips more fun

I have used Atlys to get visa for about 4 countries till now and every time they have met my expectations. Especially the ease of sitting at home and applying for visa saves a lot of time Will definitely recommend it and every time I am on a trip I have recommended this app to many of my friends and family

Promised quick visa but delayed

Horrible experience. we were promised a visa within 3-4 days. But after submission of documents, it said we are too early, and the status didn't move even 25 days before our travel. Editing the rating as we have been promised better service from next time.

Refund initiated for incomplete UK visa

Edit: I've changed the star rating as they contacted me and have initiated the refund process for my incomplete UK visa file (as they did not mention about the extra/other documents in their app to initiate the visa process or to submit the docs at the UK embassy) ...they must mention all the required documents needed to apply for a visa for any country.. it helps to decide whether we should go for that visa application or not.. Many thanks to Bhavya Dhawan for the support... 5 ⭐ only for you..

Very helpful application for visa ...it's quick accurate and easy. Anyone can apply through it without having vast knowledge regarding the matter. Saves us the time of visiting offices with numerous documents
