I recently used Atlys for my Japan visa application, and I can confidently say this has been one of the best service experiences I've had. From the moment I handed over my passport to the Atlys fulfillment center, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. Due to bad weather, my passport pickup was delayed by 4-5 days, and I was naturally concerned that it might impact my visa timeline. However, the Atlys team stayed on top of everything, kept me informed at every step, and ensured the delay didn't affect the overall processing. My Japan visa has already been issued, as reflected in the Atlys app, and everything has been handled within the committed timeline. I'm now just waiting for my passport to be delivered. A special mention goes to Mr. Manu Verma, who truly made this experience exceptional. He was kind, humble, and an excellent listener. He proactively followed up throughout the process, patiently addressed all my concerns, and made sure every step was aligned with the promised timeline. It's rare to come across someone who is so committed to customer satisfaction, and his dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Easy interface
Easy to use interface but don’t be over dependent on their status updates for a few countries which take longer to process the visa than Atlys’s stipulated time frame.
Smooth visa process, poor customer service
Update: Atlys team has sincerely worked on their app and process. I get my visas only through Atlys now. Much recommend Thumbs up 👍 --- while my visa process was smooth, was getting timely updates and was on time. the app is having glitch and additionally customer service is horrible as the ladies dont understand the issue.
Good for Tanzania; UK upload issues
So far experience has been good for Tanzania Visa and help support provided. For UK Visa, facing some issues with uploading of documents and getting help support. I feel app interface should be further improved for a more smoother experience. The Help Support team should be more quicker to update and responsive.
