The visa application process was smooth. Their team especially Ms. Kadimbini Singh helped us thoroughly throughout the application process with all documents and necessities. We got our visa in just 10 days. Highly recommended as they will handle all the documents once you submit original documents from your side.

Atlys makes the visa application process much easier, especially for people who find it complicated or time-consuming. I really liked the clean and easy-to-use interface, which makes navigating the app simple. The step-by-step guidance is also helpful as it clearly explains the required documents and guides you through the application process without making it feel overwhelming.

Awesome Experience

I recently used the Atlys app to apply for my UAE visa, and overall, the experience was quite smooth and convenient. The application process was simple, well-structured, and easy to understand, even for someone applying for a visa without much prior experience. What I liked most was the convenience of completing the entire process online. The app clearly guided me through the required documents and application steps, which saved me a lot of time and effort. The status updates were also helpful, as I could easily track the progress of my application without having to repeatedly contact support. The overall process felt transparent, and the interface was user-friendly. I also appreciated having the visa-related information and updates available in one place. There is always room for improvement, especially around response times for support queries and providing more detailed updates at certain stages, but my overall experience was positive. If you’re planning a trip to the UAE and looking for a convenient way to apply for a visa, Atlys is definitely worth considering. I had a hassle-free experience and would consider using the app again for future travel.

Couple of issues with the app

These are the observations I had when I applied for a Vietnam visa yesterday through your app: 1. On the Fast Track Immigration page, the bottom white CTA is below the safe area, and it is very difficult to tap on it. Even if I scroll fully up, only a little bit of the top portion of the button is visible. After the Fast Track Immigration got approved, now the “View My QR” under that white “See Process Walkthrough” button is not tappable, because it is below scroll view and I cannot scroll up enough to tap on that. My device is iPhone 16 2. The “Refer Your Friend” button gives a “referral link copied” toast message, but nothing is actually copied to the clipboard. So essentially, Refer a Friend is blocked. 3. Another, and probably the most annoying, issue is this: Okay, I applied for a Vietnam visa. Now, when I open the app to check the status, it is very difficult to find where that ongoing visa application is. I had an issue with my uploaded photo and got a WhatsApp message regarding it. So, when I opened the app to correct the image, I was unable to find my ongoing application for quite some time. I think it appears in the My Trips section only after it gets submitted to the Vietnam government’s visa application portal. Until then, my Vietnam application was not showing up in My Trips. So I was very confused about how to even fix the issue with my photo. Later, I realised that on the Home Screen, inside that Reserve Benefits carousel, after swiping through 3–4 cards, I could finally see my ongoing application. If I applied for a visa, that’s my main concern when I come back to the app again and again—to check the status. So I think that should get the first visibility. 4. After applying for the visa and getting this issue with the document upload, when I opened the app, I got redirected to a screen flow with 3–4 steps where I had to do KYC, submit my ITR form, and all that. It felt like a deliberate bait. You send a WhatsApp message saying something is wrong with my application. Then, when I panic and open the app, at that exact moment you guys are asking me to provide sensitive information. And I have no way to get into the app and fix the issue with my application without giving all the information that is completely unrelated to my visa application but that you guys wanted to extract. Not very happy with that experience. But overall I feel Atlys is doing a great job. Keep improving.
