What is the ₹1 Visa Offer?
This is a time-limited promotional offer where select visas on the Atlys website are available at a nominal fee of ₹1. The offer may either fully cover both Atlys service fees and government charges (in the case of e-Visa destinations that do not require physical passport submission), or cover only the Atlys service fee for in-person visa processes, with a special exception for select countries such as the United Kingdom.
Who is eligible to avail of this offer?
The offer is open exclusively to individuals residing in India with a valid Indian passport. Only self-applications made directly through the Atlys website are eligible. Applications submitted by agents or third parties are ineligible and will be rejected.
Can I apply for more than one visa under this offer?
No. Each user is allowed to submit only one visa application under the offer. If you choose to add additional applicants (for example, family members), standard visa fees will apply for those individuals.
Which destinations are covered under this offer?
The offer applies to select destinations listed on the Atlys website. For e-Visa countries, both service and government fees may be covered. For in-person visa destinations, the offer applies only to Atlys service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise (for example, UK applications are fully covered as a special inclusion).
Are the United States and Schengen countries included in this offer?
For these destinations, the ₹1 pricing includes only the Atlys service fee and appointment booking fee. All government charges, including visa fees and biometric costs, must be paid directly by the applicant.
Which destinations are completely excluded from this offer?
Some destinations have been excluded from the ₹1 Visa Offer due to historically low visa approval rates or limited appointment quotas issued by their respective consulates. To ensure quality control and protect applicants from avoidable rejections, Atlys has chosen not to include these countries under the promotion. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the respective country pages on the Atlys website.
How do I confirm if my visa destination qualifies?
Please refer to the specific visa destination page on www.atlys.com to check whether the offer fully applies (both fees included) or only covers Atlys service fees. The details are clearly outlined for each destination.
Are group, bulk or institutional visa bookings allowed?
No. The offer does not apply to group applications, bulk submissions, B2B transactions or any form of institutional or corporate bookings.
What are the required documents for applying under this offer?
You must upload a valid Indian passport, a passport-size photograph and any required supporting documents (for example, financial proofs or travel bookings) as mandated by the destination country’s consulate or embassy.
Who sets the documentation requirements?
All document requirements are determined solely by the destination country’s embassy or consulate. Atlys does not have the authority to alter them. Submitting incomplete, incorrect or non-compliant documentation may lead to rejection.
Is selfie verification mandatory?
Yes. Completing selfie verification through the Atlys website is a mandatory requirement for processing your visa application under this offer.
Are visa appointments guaranteed?
No. Appointment availability is managed by the respective embassies or consulates and is subject to real-time changes. Atlys does not guarantee slot availability.
What happens if appointment slots are not available?
Appointment slots are released based on embassy schedules and may fluctuate. Customers are advised to check the Atlys website regularly for updates. Atlys is not liable for unavailability or delays in slot releases.
Can Atlys change or cancel the offer?
Yes. Atlys reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the website.
Is the offer transferable or refundable?
No. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable (except in cases where the service failure is directly attributable to Atlys), and not redeemable for cash or other services.
What happens if I miss the offer window?
Applications must be fully completed and submitted within the Offer Period (4 August 2025, 6:00 AM to 5 August 2025, 11:59 PM IST). Late submissions will not be considered and will be rejected.
How is my slot secured? Is it first-come, first-served?
No, it is not about who starts first. It is about who finishes first. The moment you tap "Start", your timer begins. A slot is only confirmed once you complete uploading all the required documents. The users who finish fastest secure the slots.

PRELIMINARY
This promotional offer (“Offer”) is organised and administered by Atlys India Private Limited (“Atlys” / “Company”) and is valid exclusively on the purchases made through the official Atlys website (the “Platform”).
The offer shall not be applicable to any purchases made via the Atlys mobile application (“App”) or any other channel/platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
This Offer is valid only in India and for a limited duration as mentioned in Offer Validity and Coverage.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in this Offer, the user (“You” / “Your” / “Customer”) acknowledges, confirms and agrees to be bound by the following:
Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and by proceeding to avail the Offer, You accept and agree to comply with all of the above.
OFFER SUMMARY
Customers may avail themselves of Atlys visa services or visa appointment bookings (as specifically indicated on the respective destination pages) at a promotional fee of ₹1 (Rupee One Only), unless expressly stated otherwise.
All applicable taxes, duties, levies, or charges (including but not limited to GST) in connection with the Offer shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise expressly stated.
This Offer applies to the full scope of visa-related service fees, including government-mandated charges, solely for destinations that issue electronic visas (e-Visas) without the need to physically submit a passport as listed on the Platform. For destinations requiring in-person processing, the promotional Re. 1 pricing shall apply exclusively to the Atlys service fee. In such cases, Customers shall be solely responsible for directly remitting all government-mandated charges to the respective consulates, embassies, or other government authorities, as these charges are non-waivable.
However, as a special exception, visa applications for the United Kingdom are fully covered under this Offer. Notwithstanding the requirement for in-person processing, the Re. 1 pricing shall apply to both the Atlys service fee and all applicable government-mandated charges for the UK.
These charges may include, but are not limited to: Embassy or consulate fees, Government visa application charges, Biometric enrolment costs and Courier or return logistics charges.
You are strongly advised to carefully review the destination specific deals on the Platform prior to availing the Offer to determine whether the destination qualifies for the full exemption (including government fees) or only the Atlys service fee waiver. Atlys specifically disclaims any liability for claims arising from misunderstanding or misinterpretation of destination-specific fee applicability.
Notable Exceptions:
OFFER VALIDITY & COVERAGE
The Offer is valid from 06:00 AM IST on 4th August 2025 to 11:59 PM IST on 5th August 2025 (“Offer Period”). Any visa application made outside the Offer Period shall be strictly ineligible for the promotional pricing and shall be automatically rejected under this Offer.
The promotional Re. 1 pricing is available only on select visa SKUs and destinations, as listed on Platform and shall be available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

To ensure high quality service and maintain strong visa approval rates, particularly for destinations with stringent visa screening processes, Atlys reserves the right to cap the number of promotional applications it accepts during any given time window. This measure is intended to ensure that each Customer receives adequate attention, accurate documentation support, and an optimised application process.
ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

Customers must submit legible, clear and compliant copies of all required documentation as mandated by the respective destination country’s consulate or embassy. These may include but are not limited to:

OFFER EXCLUSIONS
This Offer shall not apply to any of the following:
Atlys reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an application qualifies under the Offer and may reject any submission that falls within the above exclusions.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & MODIFICATION

DATA USE AND PRIVACY
By availing of the Offer, the Customer consents to the use of their personal data for promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
FORCE MAJEURE
Atlys shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or any delay in the performance of, its obligations under this Offer where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:
In such events, the Company’s obligations under the Offer shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and no liability shall arise for any delay, interruption, or failure in Offer performance.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Atlys makes no express or implied warranty or representation regarding the Offer, including but not limited to the availability, suitability, or accuracy of the services/products offered under the Offer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or other economic advantage, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:
