    Family Visit Visa FOR (4B): Visit to Oman for a relative of a foreigner who is resident in Oman.

    Family Visit Visa GCC (4C): Visit Oman for a relative of a GCC national who is resident in Oman.

Eligibility Requirements For A Family Visa For Oman

You must make sure you meet the specific requirements for the specific visa. The general requirements are as follows:

    You must not have a current visa for Oman.

    You must not have been previously rejected for an Oman visa.

    You must be outside Oman at the time of application.

    An approved Oman sponsor must sponsor you.

    Family Joining Visa OMN (3A): Must be a relative of an Omani national.

    Family Joining Visa - NO FEE FOR (3D): Must be sponsored by an approved Oman sponsor.

    Family Joining Visa FOR (3B): Must be a relative of a foreign resident in Oman.

    Family Joining Visa GCC (3C): Must be a relative of a GCC national resident in Oman.

The documents for each visa type are the same. You need to make sure you have all the required documents. If you don't, it could extend the processing time, or in some cases, they could deny your visa.

    A passport: Your passport must be valid for 6 months from your travel date.

    A passport photo: You need a passport photo of yourself. This photo must be digital.

    Passport copy: You need a copy of your relative or friend's valid passport.

    Residency card copy: A copy of the residency card of the foreign resident you'll be joining.

    Proof of the family relationship: You need to provide proof of the family relationship. However, this may not be required if the names and passport details indicate the relationship between you and the family member you join.
