Dubai Visa Processing Time For Indians

After you have applied for a visa, the period of waiting for the visa can be dreadful. Hence, we decided to discuss the Dubai visa processing when applying for a visa in India:

Process To Apply For Dubai Visa From India

Depending on the type of Dubai visa, the visa application process and the Dubai visa processing time from India differ. And earlier in this blog, we have discussed several different visa application process in detail for the different Dubai visa types.

The Dubai visa procedure for Indians is simple and similar to applying for a UAE visa:

  • You need the required documents to apply and submit the visa application online or in person.
  • You must also pay the Dubai visa fee relevant to the Dubai visa type.
  • Once you have submitted it, the visa processing could take a few days.

How Long Does Dubai Visa Take To Process?

Generally, the Dubai visa processing time for a Dubai tourist visa is between 3 to 5 working days. The given estimated times exclude weekends and public holidays in the UAE. You can apply for this Dubai visa 58 days in advance.

However, suppose a sponsor has applied for an entry permit for you on the ICA or GDRFAD website for work, study, or residence. In that case, the visa processing time is 5 to 7 working days.

With the entry permit, you can enter the country and continue with the process of obtaining a long-term visa. The entire application process for a long-term visa in Dubai usually takes 30 to 60 days. However, the approval would take 7 working days once the application is submitted online.

Why Dubai Visa Processing Time Is Delayed?

The Dubai visa application has to go through a local travel agent, the consolidator, and a Destination Management Company (DMC). This adds to many unnecessary steps, increasing your Dubai visa processing time.

Furthermore, if you have applied for your visa through a travel agency, they do not follow up on your application on time. We have an entire blog dedicated to explaining the delay in the Dubai visa processing time.

Hence, I suggest you apply for your Dubai tourist visa directly on Atlys. We have worked hard to automate the entire process so that you can avoid all the unnecessary steps. You will be able to receive your Dubai visa within 30 minutes of your application.
