What Are The Required Documents For An Israel Work Visa?

The required documents are the most important part of your visa process. If you forget to submit one of these documents, it could end in visa rejection.

You need the following travel documents:

    A visa application form: You need a completed visa application form that is signed.

    Your passport: Your passport must be valid for at least three years and with at least one blank page to affix the visa.

    Passport photos: You need two recent (not older than six months) photographs in colour with white background (5.5cm x 5.5cm). Please do not staple the photo to the application form.

If you apply in Delhi, you need the above-mentioned documents along with the following:

    Police Clearance Certificate: You need a police clearance certificate. Police verification should not be older than 3 months, and you must submit the original.

    Government Marriage Certificate: You must provide a marriage certificate. If you can't provide the marriage certificate, then an affidavit from the court stating the couple is married with their marriage photo or joint photo affixed on the affidavit. The certificate must also be stamped by an advocate.

    Affidavit from the court: You only need this document if you're divorced. You need an affidavit stating the couple has been divorced.

     If you're a widower: You need a government-issued Death Certificate of your spouse (notarize and Stamped).

    Medical Fitness Certificate: Medical report from East West Medical Center Only should include General, AIDS test and Ex ray report. 

    Contract of Intent: You must provide a copy of the Contract of Intent duly signed by the employer and employee.

    Training Certificate: You need a copy of your training certificate. The original should be carried with you during the interview with APOSTILLE.

    Photocopy of documents: You need one photocopy set of all your documents, which should not be in back-to-back format.

Note: All original certificates (Death, Marriage, and Birth certificates) must be laminated.

If you apply in Mumbai, you need the above-mentioned documents along with the following:

    Copy of your passport: Passport first and last page colour copy on one page.

    Confirmation from the Ministry: Confirmation from the Ministry of Interior in the form of Telegram.

    P.C.C: P.C.C. issued from Regional Passport Office (Endorsed in Passport) not more than 03 months old.

    Personal Affidavit: The affidavit must state your personal details.

    Parents Affidavit: If you are unmarried or single. 

    Spouse Affidavit with NOC: You only need this if you're married.

    Divorce deed and court affidavit: You only need this if you're divorced.

Death certificate: A death certificate of your spouse, mother, or father – if applicable.
