The total fee is around 2500 TBH in Thai currency, approx INR 5,500. The breakdown of the visa fees is 2000 THB in visa fees and 500 THB in visa processing fees. However, if you wish to receive your E-VOA within 24 hours, you'll need to pay an additional 2500 TBH.
