In order to complete the Uganda student visa application, you must upload certain travel documents. These documents are very important. If you forget one of these documents, it will extend the processing time, or, in some cases, your visa will be rejected.

You need the following documents:

    Student ID Card: You need a copy of your student ID card, and it must be valid.

    Passport: A scanned copy of your passport biodata page. Your passport must have at least 6 months’ validity.

    Passport photo: You need a recent passport photo of yourself with a white background.

Step 1: Start The Application

Visit the Uganda Immigration Portal, click on “Start New Application” and accept the disclaimer. This will take you to a new page where you need to choose the visa type (student pass) and the category (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).
