The list of documents you need when applying through Atlys are as follows:

• Scanned copy of your passport ID page: Your passport should have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of arrival in Australia.
• Recent passport photo: Your photo must be in color, recent, clear, and in focus with a neutral expression. You should not wear any headwear or glasses that obstruct the face except for religious purposes. Atlys has a built-in tool that will assist you in cropping your passport photo so that it will be acceptable for your application.
• Income Tax Returns: Last three years' income tax papers with statements of income.
• Bank statements: last 6 Months. 
• Govt. photo Id: Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Election Card.
• Request Letter: Address to Australian High Commission, New Delhi.
• Certificate from your CA: Giving details of your movable and immovable wealth and approximate market value as of date today.
• Marriage Certificate: If applicable.
• Final Vaccinated Certificate
• Inviter Documents if applicable: Invitation letter, Current Passport & Current Australia visa, Evidence of Relationship  - Birth Certificate, Last 3 Months Bank Statement, Last 3 Months Salary Slip, and Residence Proof.
• If the applicant is a businessman: A business registration copy, 3 months' bank statement, last 2 years' IT Return and balance sheet
• If the applicant is employed: Letter of Appointment, Leave Sanction Letter for the duration of travel, Last 3 Months' Salary slips / Form 16 A is required
• In case the applicant is a student: School Bonafide / current School ID
