My experience for the UAE tourist visa was amazing. The steps were pretty straightforward and the payment portal was also seamless and fast. My visa was granted to me in just a matter of hours which was mind blowing.
It was very bad until one staff replied and took care of the error that wasn’t resolved
Thanks to this person I give you good rating but still I should be depend on a person if it is an application and we need to have a support or help inside the app

USA visa interview appt
The fact is that the best part is that they got us the interview and other appt done within 7 days but the most uncomfortable part is they don’t have a customer care number which makes it very inconvenient for us to contact them , only tha can call us , no reply to emails and once you give them the id pwd to schedule the visa they change the security answers without letting you know the answers and that once you surrender you’re dependent on them for a genuine appointment which we got but left us panic as they have to be paid 20k without having the appt in hand it just reflects on website and app that we ve been issued a visa but nothing in hand till we make a final payment .
Smooth Process by professional team members
The overall process was smooth and easy with small hiccups in between but those were very well addressed by support team. My only suggestion would be to improve the support POC allotment and keep a section of ‘other documents’ which can be uploaded & fetch by user & support team. In short : We love you Atlys and cannot wait to prepare for our next trip & visa with help of you folks.
US visa
I greatly appreciate the service provided by Atlys for getting my US visa. Right from the start of application filling and submitting till I received the Visa everything went very smooth. Atlys could get me visa interview appointment in a very short time. Their mock interviews are quite helpful. I doubt we will get similar service elsewhere.
