Atlys failed me on the day, Ashu made it right
My experience with Atlys started very poorly. On 26th May 2026, their team generated a defective application form that failed at my VFS biometric stage. Despite me repeatedly warning them about my time constraint, it took over 90 minutes to send a corrected form, causing my visa appointment to fail entirely. I lost Rs. 19,156.20 as a result and the initial support agents refused my refund incorrectly citing VFS processing issues. However, after escalating formally, Ashu Sehgal from the Guest Delight team stepped in and handled the matter professionally. He resolved the issue with a cash refund and credits to cover my losses. The app and initial support need serious improvement. But Ashu restored some faith. 3/5 — the resolution was good but the situation should never have happened in the first place.
Instant visa in 2.5 hours
A big thank you to Ritu Sinha for her exceptional support and guidance throughout my visa application process. She arranged my instant visa at the same cost and got it processed within just 2.5 hours, far exceeding my expectations, especially when the website mentioned a timeline of 1–4 days. Her prompt communication, transparency, and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding customer service.

Despite the negative reviews from 2023, Atlys has clearly made significant improvements. Although my Australian visa was rejected for reasons unrelated to their services, they delivered exactly what they promised. Furthermore, their refund process was exceptional; they returned the full amount to my account in just two hours, well ahead of their standard 3-4 day timeframe. Great work!
Terrible experience with Atlys
Had applied for the visa and the passport expiry date was incorrectly entered. The support of not 24/7 and difficult to reach. Had to apply for the visa all over again, paid the fees twice still got incorrect details on the visa. After about an hour and a half the customer support was reachable and they helped me out with the date correction. I never received the amount that I had paid twice. No body from Atlys even bothered to reach me.

Atlys has been a reliable partner for my visa requirements. I would like to commend their customer service for its efficiency and responsiveness. I particularly appreciate the support provided by Richa, my go-to contact for all matters. She has been instrumental in expediting the process and ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted on time. Richa’s attentive and empathetic approach has made the experience seamless. I would like to mention that the customer service was not up to mark when I started my journey with Atlys. I hope this feedback will help Atlys improve their service. Overall, Atlys provides a highly convenient and efficient service.
Promised quick visa but delayed
Horrible experience. we were promised a visa within 3-4 days. But after submission of documents, it said we are too early, and the status didn't move even 25 days before our travel. Editing the rating as we have been promised better service from next time.
