Excellent Support from Atlys Team
I would like to share my experience with Atlys I applied for an Oman visa on the 25th evening. During the application process, the app showed the expected visa date as the 31st. Since my travel requirement was urgent, I contacted the visa support team. Ms. Himanshi was assigned to my application, and she provided excellent support throughout the process. She understood my urgency and coordinated very well with the team. My required date was before the 28th, and she assured me that they would try their best. I am very happy to say that I received my visa approval on the 27th itself, before 1 PM, which was much earlier than expected. Special thanks to Ms. Himanshi and the Atlys team for their commitment, quick response, and great support. Really appreciated!

I want to personally thank Mohak sir ,kadambini ji and Arjun ji for processing my China visa earliest possible to me on my humble request made to them for my impromptu travel plans and how throughout the process they were in touch with me and kept me informed minutely about all the updates as well as respecting my fathers health situation causing delay from my side .Thank you for being respectful and patient with me at the same time .
The Atlys Visa Process - Smooth with minor improvements needed.
The Atlys Visa Process was quite smooth. Whilst I was unlucky in obtaining my visa, the support extended by Atlys was good nonetheless. While there could be a more useful chat option, the email interaction was quite swift and prompt. While I suggest that the wording on the refund policy on their website be clearly etched out, overall it was a relatively smooth experience. Specifically would like to thanks Ashu Sehgal for responding to all my queries patiently and diligently. Would recommend.

I had a bit of a rocky start with Atlys when my visa application was unfortunately rejected, and due to a policy misunderstanding or glitch, my refund wasn't processed initially. However, Bhavya from the Atlys team reached out to me directly and did a superb job. She took complete ownership of my case, handled everything with professionalism, and made sure that my money was fully refunded. While the visa rejection was disappointing, the customer service provided by Bhavya was top-notch. Thanks
