I applied for US Visa via Atlys and their executive Ayushi helped me organising the required documents for biometric and interview. Initially I need to do multiple follow ups to get my application submitted and then a wait or few weeks before getting the interview dates which came up before the stipulated time assigned initially by Atlys. Though App is bit buggy and certainly can be improved but it is better than their web application. Overall I am satisfied and recommend their services.

Easy to use interface but don’t be over dependent on their status updates for a few countries which take longer to process the visa than Atlys’s stipulated time frame.

Update: Atlys team has sincerely worked on their app and process. I get my visas only through Atlys now. Much recommend Thumbs up 👍 --- while my visa process was smooth, was getting timely updates and was on time. the app is having glitch and additionally customer service is horrible as the ladies dont understand the issue.
Good for Tanzania; UK upload issues
So far experience has been good for Tanzania Visa and help support provided. For UK Visa, facing some issues with uploading of documents and getting help support. I feel app interface should be further improved for a more smoother experience. The Help Support team should be more quicker to update and responsive.
