What To Bring To Your Visa Appointment in the German Consulate in Los Angeles

  9. Declaration of Accuracy form: fill it out, and sign.

  10. Visa Fees: 80 EUR payable in money order. Most foreign missions only accept USPS money order.

  11. Proof of employment: indicating that you're permitted to go on leave for the duration of your trip.

  12. Proof of address: State ID, Driver's license, or a copy of your lease.
