What To Bring To Your Italy Schengen Visa Appointment in Los Angeles?

At your visa appointment, you will need to provide the following information:

Italy visa application form.

A valid passport + 2 copies: Make sure it is not expiring within 6 months.

A valid U.S. visa or Green card + 2 copies: with I-94/ I-797 + 1 photocopy.

Photographs: 2 passport-sized photographs with a clear face, light background, and the face occupying about 80% of the photograph.
