Alternatively, you can apply directly at the airport or obtain it when booking your Dominican Republic travel through a Tour Operator.

The Dominican Republic Tourist Card application form requires you to give your full name, date of birth, and other personal information. You must also ensure you have travel documents such as your passport and ID.
