Excellent customer support when it mattered most

We initially had a difficult experience with Atlys. My friend booked her UK visa appointment through Atlys, and it took around a month to get an appointment (but that could be because our travel dates were 2 months away), whereas we managed to get our appointments within just 3 days by applying on our own. After completing her biometrics, she received a visa refusal about 3 weeks later, with 2–3 reasons that honestly didn't seem valid to us. The timing was especially stressful because our group trip was less than a week away, and we had already booked our flights and hotels. We went to the Atlys office to see if they could help, and this is where the experience completely changed. The Atlys team was incredibly welcoming and genuinely took ownership of the situation. We had a long discussion with them, and despite the fact that some of the initial issues could have been avoided if the application had been checked more carefully, they went above and beyond to help us find a solution. They immediately arranged a highest-priority appointment at their own cost, and my friend was able to get her visa within just 5 days. Given how stressful the situation was, this level of support made a huge difference. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company responds when things go wrong. The Atlys team could have simply pointed us elsewhere, but instead they took responsibility, acted quickly, and stayed committed to helping us until the issue was resolved. A special thanks to the Atlys team for the amazing customer support. They turned what was initially a very stressful situation into a positive experience, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in to help us. Highly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had earlier applied for Vietnam Visa and my experience was great, so i have chosen Atlys again for my China visa. Atlys team has been very supportive so far, specially Umair- he has followed up in timely manner for documents. Hoping to get my China visa soon through Atlys.

App crashes during data upload

During the review and testing of the latest version of the application, I identified a critical technical issue. The application unexpectedly closes or crashes when users upload data or proceed to the next step of any form. Kindly review & fix this issue.

lacks attention to details (Initially I rated them 1 star for this) but I am changing this to 4 stars, just because of their focus towards improving, taking feedback positively and customer experience focus. based on the issue reported thier customer experience team immediately acted upon the issue and fixed it. Long way to go and you have won a customer just because of your postive attitude.

Cyprus Visa

I applied for the Cyprus Visa 2 weeks prior my travel date and whole process of Visa application token care by Atlys team! I receive my Visa within 7 days of application and the Atlys team was a great support and always prompt to respond to all the queries. Amazing Atlys team! Kudos
