AtlysProtect is automatically included at no extra cost for eligible destinations. You don't need to opt in.

AtlysProtect is Atlys's built-in visa cover. It covers visa rejections and delays on eligible routes. If your visa is rejected, you get a full refund. If your visa is approved but arrives late (past the committed delivery date), the Atlys service fee is waived. AtlysProtect is included automatically for eligible destinations at no additional charge.

If your application is still with Atlys and hasn't been submitted to the government (for example, if documents are pending or under review), you are eligible for a 100% refund in the form of Atlys credits. Once your application has been submitted to the government, it enters an irreversible process and refunds are no longer possible, as governments do not allow withdrawals after submission.
