Can I take my Turkey visa photo at home using a smartphone?

What happens if my photo is rejected by the Turkish embassy?

Your visa application may be delayed or rejected if your photo does not meet the official requirements. You will typically receive a notification and be asked to resubmit a compliant photo. Using a verified tool like Atlys reduces the risk of rejection.

Can I wear makeup in my Turkey visa photo?

Light makeup is acceptable, but it should not drastically alter your appearance. Avoid filters, beauty enhancements, or makeup that may affect facial recognition, such as heavy contouring or glitter.

Can I use the same photo from my passport for the Turkey visa?

You can, provided the photo is recent (taken within the last 3–6 months), meets the Turkey visa photo specifications, and is not damaged or altered.
