What are the required documents for a Kenya visa?
When apply for your Kenya visa online, you only need the following documents:
A scanned copy of your passport ID page.
A recent passport photo.
A travel itinerary. If you don't have one, you can let Atlys generate one for you.
How can I track the status of my Kenya visa?
To track your visa status, go to the Atlys app or online portal and go to your profile. There, you'll be able to see the status of your visa.
Is it necessary to provide a hard copy of the e-visa when traveling to Kenya?
Yes, carrying a printout or a digital copy of the e-visa approval email is necessary. This will serve as proof of your valid visa and facilitate the immigration process upon arrival in Kenya.
Can I apply for my child’s visa on their behalf?
Yes, you can. If you choose to apply through Atlys, you can apply for a visa for the whole family.
What happens if my visa is denied?
You can reapply for your visa after your visa is denied. To do so, ensure you have fixed the reasons that caused the rejection. You will lose the funds when applying through government or online portals, except Atlys. On Atlys, you are guaranteed a refund of up to ₹8000 or $100 on rejected visas. Note that the refund excludes the service fees.
How will I receive my visa?
You’ll receive your visa via the registered email. You can then download and print the visa.
Is it possible to apply for a Kenya e-visa if I am already in Kenya?
No, the Kenya e-visa must be obtained prior to your arrival in Kenya. It is not possible to apply for an e-visa once you are already in the country. Make sure to complete the e-visa application process and receive the e-visa approval before your trip to Kenya.

Can I work or engage in employment activities with a Kenya tourist visa?
