How do I know the status of my Rwanda visa?
When you apply for your Rwanda visa on Atlys, you will be notified of your visa process via email and messages. You can also log onto the Atlys portal and see the current status of your visa application.
What are the photo size requirements for the Rwanda visa?

How long before I go to Rwanda should I apply for my visa?
Even though the processing times for an Rwanda visa are relatively quick, It is advised that you apply for your visa 1-2 weeks before you travel to Rwanda.
Can I use my e-visa for multiple entries?
No, you cannot enter Rwanda multiple times on an e-visa; the e-visa is a single-entry visa. To enter multiple times, you will need to reapply for a visa.
Do I need to have any specific vaccinations to enter Rwanda?
There are currently no vaccines required if you want to visit Rwanda.
What happens if my visa is denied?
You can reapply for your visa after your visa is denied. To do so, ensure you have fixed the reasons that caused the rejection. You will lose the funds when applying through government or online portals, except Atlys. On Atlys, you are guaranteed a refund of up to ₹8000 or $100 on rejected visas. Note that the refund excludes the service fees.
